The Event Tent

Our high peak event tent is the perfect space for larger parties. The tent includes a 15’x15’ dark maple dancefloor, draped bistro lighting, tent sidewalls in case of inclement or cold weather, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests (additional tables/chairs can be rented), and an attached catering prep tent. The tent can hold up to 200 for a seated dinner and even more if you decide to have an hors d’oeuvre style meal.  The tent is ideal for an anniversary party, birthday party, graduation party, etc. The tent is not climate controlled but you are more than welcome to bring approved heaters/fans/air conditioning. The event tent is available for private rental Monday- Sunday and can be booked up to 4 months in advance.

The Historic Chapel at Waverly Estate is a beautiful circa 1838 newly renovated building that is great for any type of event. The building has heat and air conditioning and can be used year round regardless of weather. Its wide open floorplan allows for a great social atmosphere. Whether it is being used for a conference, dinner, workshop, social event, etc., its open space allows for a variety of floor plans. The church can seat roughly 80 guests comfortably at round tables for dinner, 200+ guests for a conference/service, and over 100 for a social hors d’oeuvres style event. Tables and chairs are provided in this space.

The parlor room is perfect for intimate dinner, meetings, shower, etc. It can comfortably hold 32 guests for dinner. The parlor room is in the house right inside the front door. The foyer allows for welcome gifts/signs as your guests arrive. The homes kitchen/dining room can be used for food prep. This space is great to pair with overnight guest rooms if you are doing a multi-day conference. This room also includes tables and chairs.

All rentals include a free hour before and after for setup and breakdown. These hours cannot be put toward active event hours.
